I was getting terrible tension headaches from my CPAP mask. But when I use the Betty roll-on at night on my neck and jaw, I don’t get headaches! My neck and jaw muscles would get so tight, but when I apply the roll-on balm to my jaw joint, down the sides of my neck and on my upper shoulders before I fall asleep, it miraculously helps release the tension.
